Amanda Williams, LPC
Hi, I’m Amanda.
I work best with clients who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-confidence struggles. I especially connect with those who are recovering from narcissistic abuse, living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, or wanting to expand their performance in sports and life.
In therapy, I strive to create an approach that truly fits you. I believe you are the expert of your own lived experience, and my role is to bring authenticity, compassion, and effective tools to our work together. My style is collaborative and rooted in the idea that healing grows out of a genuine therapeutic relationship.
I am a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, EMDR trained, and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist, and I also draw from Person-Centered and Relational Cultural Therapy, meaning I use both evidence-based practices and creative, body-centered methods to support you in a way that feels safe and effective.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working with both adolescents and adults. My passion is helping people feel heard, valued, and empowered as they discover their own path to healing. My hope is that our time together helps you not only move through your struggles but also step more confidently into the life you want to create.
My Specialties Include:
Brainspotting
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dance Movement Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
