Hello! My name is Maci Scudder and I specialize in helping people with complex and/or chronic trauma, interpersonal relationship difficulties, personality difficulties, and managing adult-ADHD.

My Approach

I believe self-exploration of our patterns is key to not only healing Yesterday’s wounds, but finding strengths to initiate a healthier Today and Tomorrow. Sessions are rooted in a psychodynamic approach; rather than dwell in the past, we utilize it to understand our Now.

I use the principles of DBT and EMDR, along with other evidence-based therapies, and have seen great success in improving emotional intelligence and maturity in my clients.
