If you're feeling anxious, stuck in painful patterns, or carrying things from the past that still affect your relationships or daily life, you're not alone. I work with adolescents, college students, and adults who want to better understand themselves and move toward a life that feels more steady, connected, and manageable.
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, trauma, or relationship and attachment challenges. Some are also exploring their relationship with substances and looking to make meaningful changes that align with their personal goals. Wherever you are in that process, my goal is to meet you there without judgment and help you move forward at a pace that feels right.
My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be honest, curious about yourself, and supported while you grow. I use EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with other approaches like Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and solution-focused strategies to help you process difficult experiences, build practical skills, and create change that lasts. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and work toward the life you want to build.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent two years working as a sexual assault advocate in a domestic violence shelter, supporting survivors through incredibly difficult experiences. I’ve also worked in residential treatment with teens and families navigating severe trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use challenges. In those settings I provided both individual and group counseling. My training has also included work in outpatient therapy, juvenile probation programs, college academic recovery programs, and acute care settings. I’m trained in EMDR and continue to deepen my work through training in a family systems trauma model.
