Hello, I’m Danielle! I'm a licensed therapist based in Arkansas. Since 2015, I’ve supported adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and complex trauma. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you build the insight and tools needed to create lasting change.
My path to therapy began in the medical field. I started out in care coordination and medical social work before pivoting toward clinical mental health after the pandemic. That shift helped me discover my true passion. Today, I feel grateful every day to be doing work that allows me to build real, healing relationships.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation—not a performance. I offer a safe, judgment-free space where we can explore what’s working in your life and what needs to shift. In our first session, we’ll go at your pace. You set the tone and I’ll walk alongside you.
